Ask within 30 days and you get the money back. Cancel whenever you like and keep what you paid for. The details are short because the policy is.

Live purchases are not open yet. This policy will apply to paid subscriptions when they are. Purchases made on the billing page in Stripe test mode move no money, buy nothing and have nothing to refund.

At a glance

  • Full refund on request within 30 days of the initial purchase, and again within 30 days of each annual renewal. No reason required.
  • Cancel automatic renewal at any time in Manage billing. Your access runs to the end of the paid term.
  • Your projects, PDFs and evidence stay on your computer and remain readable and exportable after a refund or cancellation.
  • A refund ends the paid term it refunds. The application stops creating new work, and any offline access it already verified lasts at most seven days.

1. The 30-day refund

You can ask for a full refund of a subscription payment within 30 days of the day it was charged. This applies to the initial purchase and, separately, to each annual renewal. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to justify it or to prove that the product did not fit.

The refund is for the whole payment. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time outside the 30-day window, because cancellation already lets you keep the term you paid for.

2. How to ask

Email support@pdfcarry.com and say you want a refund. Include the email address used at checkout or the Stripe receipt, so that we can find the payment. We reply on Australian business days and submit the refund through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe then confirms it, which can take time or occasionally fail if the payment method can no longer accept it, and your bank or card issuer decides when the money appears. Timing varies; if a refund has not arrived after ten business days, tell us and we will follow it up with Stripe.

Refunds are made in the currency charged, United States dollars. Any difference from exchange-rate movement or fees between purchase and refund is set by your bank, not by us.

3. What happens after a refund

A refund ends the paid term it refunds. Once Stripe confirms it:

If you refund a renewal, the same applies from the day of the refund; the earlier term you paid for and used is not affected.

4. Cancelling renewal

Open the billing page, choose Manage billing and cancel the subscription. Stripe stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the term you have already paid for, and the application tells you the date. There is no fee and no need to contact us. If you change your mind before the term ends, renewal can be resumed in the same place.

Cancelling does not refund the current term by itself. If you are within 30 days of the payment and want the money back, ask for a refund as described in section 2.

5. Outside the 30 days

After 30 days we do not promise a refund, but write to us anyway if something has gone wrong; we would rather know. If the application fails to do what we describe on the product page and in the guide, your rights in section 8 apply regardless of the date.

6. Card disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund request is faster and simpler for everyone. While a dispute is open, the application cannot activate with the disputed licence key; access returns if the dispute is withdrawn or resolved in our favour, and a dispute decided against us is treated as a refund.

7. The trial

The 14-day trial is free, needs no card and never converts to a paid subscription by itself. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

8. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the law. If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and the remedies for a failure to meet them are not limited to the 30-day window described here. The ACCC explains those guarantees at accc.gov.au. Nothing here limits rights that apply where you live.
