PDFCarry

Preview status

Where PDFCarry stands today, in the present tense. The policies that will govern purchases are written and published; the purchases themselves are not open yet.

Updated 7 September 2026

Today

  • No public download. The Windows application exists and has passed installation and PDF-work checks, but a trusted, signed customer installer is still being prepared.
  • No live purchases. The billing page is connected to Stripe's test environment. A test checkout moves no money and buys no licence.
  • The interactive example and the synthetic sample PDFs are available and free.
  • Support answers at support@pdfcarry.com.

The policies

Three pages describe the offer as it will apply when sales open. They are current now and apply to the preview wherever they can, for example the privacy notice's description of the billing service:

What the preview does

The front page runs its example in your browser on prepared synthetic data and cannot process a PDF. The site sets no cookies outside the billing page, loads no third-party resources and has no analytics. The hosting provider may keep ordinary request logs.

The billing page is in Stripe test mode while the live seller account, tax collection and signed distribution are completed. It sets one essential 30-day cookie when you start a test checkout or restore access, and it labels test mode clearly. The planned live price is US$349 per year as a total, with GST included for Australian customers; the test environment does not collect tax and no live price has been charged.

What changes when sales open

The front page will link a signed, versioned installer with its checksum, the billing page will leave test mode, and the availability section will say so. The preview notices at the top of the terms, privacy and refunds pages will be removed or reworded at launch and their dates updated; the policies themselves are written to apply unchanged.
